For teams & programs

LinkedIn profile help for every person you serve.

Outplacement firms, university career centers, bootcamps, vocational schools and workforce nonprofits use Standout to get each participant a recruiter-ready profile — with no seat licence, no contract and no minimum, and no account of theirs we can touch.

Free to start: a 0–100 score and a rewritten headline per person. The full review is $1 per person, one-time, paid by whoever chooses it.

Built for the people who run the program

Four kinds of team use Standout across a whole cohort rather than one profile at a time.

Outplacement & career-transition firms

Every candidate you support is suddenly competing for roles they did not plan on. Point them at one link: each person gets their score and their rewritten headline without you collecting payments, issuing logins or tracking who has done it.

University & college career centers

Most students have a LinkedIn profile nobody has ever read. Standout gives each one a 0–100 score and a paste-ready headline in seconds, and the $1 full review is paid by the student — not out of your center's budget.

Bootcamp & vocational-school career services

Placement conversations go better when the graduate's profile shows what they built. The score names the keywords recruiters filter on that are missing, and the rewrite puts their project work into language a recruiter search can find.

Workforce-development nonprofits

The lowest-friction first step you can hand a program participant: no account to create, no card to enter, no résumé file to upload, nothing posted anywhere. Whoever wants the full review pays the $1 themselves.

What each person gets

The same tool anybody can use at retail. Nothing is held back and nothing is reserved for programs.

Freeno account, no card, no login

The score and a rewritten headline

  • A 0–100 visibility score

How searchable and recruiter-readable the person's current copy is right now, with the specific gaps named.

  • One paste-ready rewritten headline

Written from the words they paste — their real roles, tools and results — not a fill-in-the-blank template.

  • Nothing to sign up for

They paste their current headline or a few lines of their About. Nothing is fetched from LinkedIn, so nothing can fail to load.

$1per person · one-time · no subscription

The full review

  • A rewritten About section

A first-person rewrite built to be pasted straight into the About field.

  • The top 3 experience bullets

Their own bullets reworded for recruiter search — action-led, quantified where their own copy supports it.

  • Paid by the person, on their own device

One card payment, one time. No recurring charge, nothing to cancel, and nobody is charged unless they choose it.

How a cohort of 100 works

Nothing is bought up front. Everyone starts free, and only the person who wants the rest pays anything — once.

The whole cost is people × $1, one-time
People who choose the full reviewCharged in total
10 of 100$10 one-time
25 of 100$25 one-time
50 of 100$50 one-time
All 100$100 one-time

Paid by each person, individually, on their own card — so the total is set by how many people choose the full review, not by how many people you send the link to. There is no subscription, nothing recurring, and no invoice.

What Standout never asks for

The five answers your IT, procurement or compliance reviewer will ask for — stated plainly, up front.

  • No seat licence, no contract, no minimum

Nothing to sign, no seats to assign, no minimum number of people and no term to commit to. Nothing is bought in advance, and there is no institution-side price list for this.

  • No account access

We never log into, connect to or read anyone's LinkedIn account — there is no OAuth screen on this site because there is nothing to authorise.

  • Nothing posted on anyone's behalf

Nothing is published, nothing is auto-posted, and no résumé or PDF file is edited. Participants paste the rewrites into their own profile themselves.

  • No human reviewers

Both the score and the rewrites are written by the product from the text the person pastes. Nobody on our side reads a participant's profile copy.

  • Each person runs it themselves

Their paste, their device, their result — and their $1 if they want the full review. You never handle anyone's payment details or copy.

How to run it with a cohort

  1. Send one link

Point your cohort at the free score page — or forward this page. No codes to hand out, no logins to provision, nothing to onboard.

  2. Each person pastes their own now-copy

Their current headline, or a few lines of their About, on their own phone or laptop. Nothing is fetched, so nothing can fail to load.

  3. They get their score and a rewritten headline

Free, in seconds, with no account and no card. That is the whole first step, for everyone you send it to.

  4. Whoever wants the rest pays $1

One-time, on their own card — and gets the rewritten About section and their top 3 experience bullets, reworded for recruiter search, to paste in themselves.

Tell us the size and the timing. We'll send back a link tagged with your program's name, so the visits from your cohort are countable as a group. There is nothing to set up, nothing to install and nothing to sign.

Questions programs ask

Do our participants need an account?

No. The 0–100 score and the rewritten headline need no account, no card and no login — the person pastes their own text and reads the result. The $1 full review is a one-time card payment with no account to create either.

Is there a seat licence or a contract?

No. There is nothing to sign, no seats to assign, no minimum number of people and no recurring commitment. Each person pays $1 once for the full review, or pays nothing at all.

Do you need access to anyone's LinkedIn account?

No. We never connect to or read a LinkedIn account, and nothing is posted or published on a participant's behalf. They paste their current copy in, and they paste the rewrites back into their own profile themselves.

Is the $1 recurring?

No. It is $1 per person, one-time. There is no subscription, nothing to cancel and no card kept on file, and the free score is free every time.

What does a cohort of 100 cost?

The scores and the rewritten headlines cost nothing, for all 100. The full review is $1 per person, one-time, and it is chosen by each person individually, so the most a cohort of 100 can ever total is 100 × $1 = $100 — incurred only by those who choose it, never in advance and never by you.

Can we require everyone to complete the full review?

There is no group switch to flip: the $1 is charged on the person's own device, from their own card. What you can do is put the free score and the rewritten headline in front of everyone at no cost — which is what most programs do — and let each person decide about the rest.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. It is one page in the browser they already have — no app to install, no file to upload, nothing to configure. Participants can run it on a phone, a tablet or a laptop.

Can we tell how many of our people used it?

Ask us for a link tagged with your program's name (write to [email protected]). Visits carrying that campaign tag are recorded as that campaign, so we can tell you how many people opened it. There is no per-person report to hand over — no account is created, so there is no roster of who scored what.
